Minutes of a Meeting of the Planning Board held on May 3, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., at the Sharon High School Auditorium.

BUSINESS TRANSACTED:
I. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER.
II. STREET APPROVAL
Four streets were presented for approval - Inca Trail, Aztec Way, Burnt Bridge Road and Bramble Lane. Mr. Solomon moved for acceptance of the first three and disapproval of Bramble Lane. Mr. Hauser seconded. Unanimous vote.
III. CELL TOWER BY-LAW
Mr. Solomon recused himself from this discussion and vote. A brief discussion was held regarding the need to approve the proposed cell tower by-law before presenting it to Town Meeting. Ms. Maniscalco moved for approval, Mr. Hauser seconded. Unanimous vote.
IV. ADJOURN
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
